The Concorde is so fast that it can beat some fighter jets. The American F-15 Eagle is a tactical fighter jet
built by McDonnell-Douglas.
The F-15 is armed with fearsome AGM-7 Sparrow missles, AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles or AIM-120 AMRAAM missiles.
Obviously we will not compare size, armament or maximum passengers, since the F-15 is a tactical fighter jet and
the Concorde is a reasonably large passenger jet.
Aerospatiale-British Aerospace Concorde

McDonnell-Douglas F-15 Eagle

Max cruising speed: Mach 2.5 plus (3016 km/h)

As you can see, the Concorde and a fighter jet are very evenly matched.
